Your right of withdrawal
When you buy a TheorieWin pass online you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you buy.
A pass is a digital service. So before you pay we ask you to tick this box: “I want to start now and I understand that I lose my right of withdrawal as soon as I activate my pass.” As long as you have not activated your pass, your right of withdrawal is intact. As soon as you activate it (or, if you bought it while another pass was running, as soon as it starts), you begin using the service and that right ends.
The same goes for the 7-day extension: you can withdraw as long as its days have not started.
How to withdraw
Use the form above (“Withdraw from the contract here”). You do not need to sign in, call or chat. We ask for your name, your account email and the order number, and we email you a confirmation with the date and time we received it.
You can also write to support@theoriewin.com using the model form below, or with a message that clearly says you want to withdraw.
The refund
If you withdraw in time, we refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, by the same payment method you used unless we agree on another. The refund costs you nothing. The pass is cancelled at that moment.
If your pass has already started
Once activated, a pass cannot be returned. If something does not work as it should, write to support@theoriewin.com and we will sort it out with you.
TheorieWin Guarantee
If you pass your last 5 mock exams in a row and still fail the CBR theory exam, we give you 31 more days of access. We do not give money back: we give you time to try again.
Conditions:
- You had a paid pass (bought, not gifted) running on the day of your CBR exam.
- Your last 5 complete mock exams on TheorieWin before the exam day each scored 44 or more out of 50, and you took them all in the 14 days before the exam. We count the mock exams as our server marked them.
- You ask within 14 days after the exam, under “My pass”, with a photo or PDF of your CBR result showing the date and the result.
- Once per person.
We check every claim by hand. If everything is met, we add 31 days of access that start when you activate them, like any other pass. The photo or PDF is only used to check the claim and is deleted 30 days after we decide.
The guarantee is our own promise, on top of your legal rights, which stay the same.
