General terms of sale

1. Who sells
Passes are sold by [NOMBRE LEGAL], [DIRECCIÓN], the Netherlands, KvK [NÚMERO KvK], VAT number [NÚMERO DE IVA], support@theoriewin.com (“we”). These terms apply to every purchase on theoriewin.com, together with the terms of use.
2. The passes
- A pass gives full access to TheorieWin for a period: 24 hours, 7 days, 31 days or 60 days. They all include the same; only the length changes. Prices are on the pricing page and include VAT.
- One-off payment, no subscription. The pass does not renew and we will not charge you again.
- The pass is personal and tied to your account. You cannot transfer or share it.
3. When it starts and ends
- When you buy, the clock does not run yet. The pass starts when you press “Activate my pass”, up to 12 months after buying it. If you have not activated it by then, it starts by itself that day, so you never lose it.
- If you buy a pass while another one is running, the new one starts automatically when the previous one ends.
- Passes of 7, 31 and 60 days end at the same time of day they started (Dutch time), also when summer time changes. The 24-hour pass lasts exactly 24 hours.
4. The 7-day extension
If you have a pass running, or one that ended less than 30 days ago, you can buy a 7-day extension. The days are added to the end of your pass, or start straight away if it has ended.
5. Payment
You pay through Mollie B.V. with iDEAL | Wero, card, Apple Pay or Bancontact. The contract is made when the payment completes; we then email you the confirmation and the invoice. We never see your card details.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw without giving a reason, as long as your pass has not started. Before paying you ask to start now and confirm that you lose that right as soon as you activate your pass (art. 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). 7. TheorieWin Guarantee
On top of your legal rights we offer the TheorieWin Guarantee: if you pass your last 5 mock exams in a row and still fail the CBR exam, we give you 31 more days. The conditions are on the withdrawal and guarantee page. It is not a guarantee that you will pass.
8. If something does not work
- You are entitled to a service that works as promised (conformity, art. 7:50aa ff. of the Dutch Civil Code). If it does not, write to us and we will fix it; if we cannot, you are entitled to a price reduction or to end the contract.
- If, through our fault, TheorieWin is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row while your pass runs, we extend your pass by the time lost.
- What the terms of use say about the content, liability and acceptable use applies to passes too.
9. If your account is closed
If you close your account, the pass is lost: we warn you before you confirm. If we close it for a serious breach of the terms of use (for example, copying the content automatically), the pass ends without a refund. If we stop offering TheorieWin, we refund the share of the days you could not use.
10. Complaints, governing law and changes
- A complaint? Write to support@theoriewin.com; we answer within 14 days at most.
- Dutch law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of that country’s mandatory consumer rules. As a consumer you can go to the court where you live.
- If we change these terms, the changes do not affect passes you have already bought.
