What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) and the browser cache are similar: they let a website save information on your device. This policy explains which of these TheorieWin ([NOMBRE LEGAL], KvK [NÚMERO KvK], [DIRECCIÓN], [EMAIL DE CONTACTO]) uses.
We only use what is strictly necessary

This is the only cookie we use. Cloudflare, which protects our site, may set a security cookie (for example __cf_bm or cf_clearance) only if it detects suspicious traffic and has to run a check; it lasts 30 minutes at most, or as long as that check lasts.

Cache for using the app offline
A service worker stores the app’s files, the questions and the videos in your browser’s cache, so the app loads quickly and works offline. This cache does not contain personal data.
Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
On the forms for creating an account, signing in and resetting your password, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that you are a person using technical data from your browser and connection (such as your IP address). It does not set tracking cookies and is not used for advertising. It is only loaded on those forms.
No tracking, no advertising, no analytics and no banner
We do not use advertising, tracking, social media or analytics cookies or scripts.
Under the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet, art. 11.7a), cookies and storage that are strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for do not require your consent. That is why we do not show a cookie banner.
If we ever want to use cookies or scripts that are not strictly necessary, we will first update this policy and only turn them on after asking for your permission.
How to manage cookies
You can view and delete cookies, local storage and the cache in your browser settings. If you block or delete the session cookie, you will be signed out and cannot use your account. If you clear local storage, your language is reset and answers that were not yet synced may be lost. When you delete your account, the app removes that account’s data from your browser.
